About Us
Our passion for flooring runs deep, and it all started with our founders, Christine and Walter Ganz.
Christine began her career as a
dental hygienist, but her love for the flooring business brought her to AB Carpet and Flooring, our other location, where she has been working for 15 years, specializing in
floor and installation services. Walter, on the other hand, started in the flooring industry at the age of 16 and has been passionate about it ever since. He worked as an installer for other stores, owned his own company, and eventually acquired his own
retail location - which is AB Carpets and Flooring in Monroe, NJ and our newest addition, Greatway Carpet and Flooring.
Their passion for the business runs in the family, as their sons are also part of the team. Connor, the middle child, has been working with us for 5 years now and is a top installer for the company. He likes to say that flooring is in his blood, as he grew up watching his father work in the industry. Luke, the oldest child, joined the team after working in the tourism industry in New York City for 5 years. Both sons have contributed to the growth of the business and we are thrilled to see them continue to make a positive impact.
